Let's Talk 🙃

Happy New Year!
Hopefully all of you got to enjoy the holidays. The holidays came and went fast. 2026 has some challenging and exciting projects coming to Eastbrook. We are always continuing to find ways to better our neighborhood and your participation and feedback is important.
HOA fees/donations are a vital part of our ongoing development. These funds help and go towards maintenance of landscaping our islands, fun events, recognizing yard of the month, keeping this website live and many more. We will continue to update Facebook and other media methods to keep you all informed.
Unlike most neighborhoods, Eastbrook HOA is completely voluntary. All residents are encouraged to participate. Your help is simple, not time consuming and overall better the community for all Eastbrook residents. New people introduce new thoughts and fresh energy.....dont't we all need it!?

Let's make magic happen in Eastbrook!
We don't have the perfect plan, but together with courage, it's the first place to start.
Theodore Roosevelt said "Believe you can, and you're halfway there".
If we all come together, with growth, consistency, belief and action, this will build the bridge to rise and prove that Eastbrook is a great place to call home.
